$75,000, outside of the Systems Audit. Below that we are the wrong firm and we will tell you so on the first call — usually along with a name of someone better suited.
The audit itself starts at $18,000 and is the only way into everything above it.
That is the core of the practice. Most engineering firms decline work they did not originate, because inherited code is slower to price and riskier to promise on. We built the Systems Audit specifically to price it honestly.
Because hourly pricing turns engineering into labour, and labour is bought on the lowest number. Every engagement here is fixed-price against a fixed scope, with milestones you can hold us to.
If you need a body count rather than an outcome, an embedded pod is the honest version of that, priced monthly.
You do, contractually, from the first commit. That includes infrastructure definitions, pipelines, documentation and any internal tooling we build along the way. We do not hold deployment access hostage and we do not license our own work back to you.
The Code & Risk Review is usually within the same week. A Systems Audit typically starts within two to three weeks, because we staff it with engineers rather than a bench.
If the situation is genuinely on fire — a live outage, a regulator, a customer about to leave — say so in the first message and we will tell you honestly whether we can be useful this week or not.
